ShepWave Elliott Wave Theory. Stock Market TOPPING?

The indexes rallied today. The Nasdaq 100 index has hit the short term target. The Dow has given a nice performance. Is today's high a completed five wave up cycle? Do we have an ending Diagonal on the S&P 500? It ended just 6 points from the Fibonacci extension target of 1304. Will we get a buy signal for Crude Oil if Today's high of $65.40 is broken? If Crude rallies, what could this mean for stocks?
